Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AsterStreamTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If using on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Acceptable Use — Critical

You may use AsterStreamTech only for lawful B2B outreach to business contacts. You must NOT:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam law;
• Email individuals who have previously opted out or unsubscribed;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organisation;
• Import or process personal data without a lawful basis under applicable data protection law;
• Circumvent the platform's daily send limits or other safeguards;
• Send phishing emails, fraudulent communications, or impersonate other individuals;
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

⚠️ Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3. Subscription and Billing

AsterStreamTech is offered on a subscription basis via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via the Stripe billing portal before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for the current month. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of renewal may receive a pro-rata refund. Contact aster.stream.tech@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

AsterStreamTech and its underlying technology are the exclusive property of Aster Stream Tech Pte. Ltd.. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
