1. Who We Are
Aster Stream Tech Pte. Ltd. ("AsterStreamTech", "we", "us") operates the AsterStreamTech AI Sales Automation platform. Registered office: 77 High Street, #10-12B, High Street Plaza, Singapore 179433.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data
When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash using bcrypt).
2.2 Lead Data
You may import business contact information including names, business email addresses, job titles, company names, company websites, LinkedIn profile URLs, and industry. This data is provided by you and processed on your behalf.
2.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security monitoring and debugging.
2.4 Payment Data
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive only payment status and your Stripe customer ID.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: To operate the AI sales automation features you subscribed to.
- AI processing: Lead data is sent to our AI service (powered by OpenAI API) to generate lead research summaries and personalised email drafts.
- Email sending: Your connected email credentials are used to send outreach emails on your behalf via SMTP.
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Third-Party Services

5. Data Retention
We retain your account data while your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
6. Your Rights
You may have rights including: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Email aster.stream.tech@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. GDPR (EU/EEA Users)
Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interests (security), legal obligation. Our Data Processing Agreement is available at /dpa.
8. Security
TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit · AES-256 encryption at rest · bcrypt password hashing · Role-based access controls · Regular security reviews.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
